The website presents our products, the RecoveryPod, our services and the research behind them. It does not sell anything itself: products are sold through TikTok Shop, and sessions and services are arranged with us by email.

When you buy one of our products on TikTok Shop, your purchase is made through TikTok Shop and TikTok's terms, return and refund policies apply to the ordering process, together with your rights under Dutch and European consumer law, including the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Questions about an order can be sent to us via TikTok or to info@thezenwellness.nl.

Our products are made for everyday wellbeing and comfort. They are not medicines or medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. The information on this website is general and is not medical advice. Always consult a doctor or other qualified professional about your health.

Zen Herbal Balm is a cosmetic product, notified through the EU Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP). Follow the directions and warnings on each product, and stop using it if irritation occurs.

The RecoveryPod and our consultancy sessions are wellbeing experiences, not medical care. Readings taken during a session are wellbeing indicators and never a diagnosis. The pod in Eindhoven runs as a research pilot. Before any session we explain what it involves, check that the infrared heat is suitable for you, and ask for your written consent. Any conditions for a session are explained to you before you book.

Our research is ongoing. What we write about research, methods and evidence reflects our understanding at the time of writing and may change. It is not a promise of any particular result.

The Zen Wellness and 禅 Zen names and logos, and the text, images, designs and software of this website, belong to AIMindWorks B.V. or its licensors and are protected by trademark, copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, publish or adapt them without our written permission, except for normal browsing and sharing links.

We link to TikTok Shop and other websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.

We take care that the information on this website is accurate, but it is provided as it is, without any warranty. To the extent permitted by Dutch law, AIMindWorks B.V. is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of this website or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
