Privacy Policy

The Zen Wellness is a brand of AIMindWorks B.V., Torenlaan 5 B, 1402 AT Bussum, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 97538604). AIMindWorks B.V. is the controller of the personal data described here, under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Dutch implementation act (UAVG). Contact and enquiry forms. Your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. We use them only to answer you and for any follow-up you ask for. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible agreement, and our legitimate interest in answering questions (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep this correspondence for up to two years after our last contact.

Website analytics, only if you accept. Anonymous, aggregated statistics about visits (pages viewed, referring site, country, device and browser type) and page-speed measurements. They use no cookies and are not used to identify you. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). If you decline, they are not loaded at all.

Technical logs. Our hosting provider briefly processes your IP address, browser type and the time of each request to deliver pages and keep the site secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Spam protection. When you send a form, we briefly count requests per IP address to stop floods of automated messages, and check that the domain of your email address can receive mail. The “I'm not a robot” check runs on our own server, uses no cookies and shares nothing with third parties. Nothing from these checks is kept beyond a few minutes. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the forms free of abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Our products are sold through TikTok Shop. When you buy there, TikTok handles your account, payment, delivery details and returns under its own privacy policy. We receive the order details we need to pack, send and support your order, and use them only for that. We do not add TikTok customers to any mailing list.

The website does not collect any session readings. If you book a session, we explain before the session, in person and in writing, what is measured, how the readings are stored and who can see them, and we ask for your consent first.

We use a small number of service providers, each bound by a data processing agreement:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): hosting of this website, handling of the contact forms before they are passed to Brevo, and the analytics described above if you accept.
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): delivering contact-form messages to our mailbox.

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, this happens under the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect what was done before. Email info@thezenwellness.nl and we will reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

This website and its forms are meant for people aged 16 and over.

The website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it.
